We are excited to have Brown's Amusements with us this year for our carnival and midway. They will be a wonderful addition to Riverton Town Days. They will be located at Riverton City Park in the southwest corner.

Dates and Hours of Operation:

Friday, June 29            5-10 pm in conjunction with the Rodeo
Saturday, June 30       5-10 pm in conjunction with the rodeo
Monday, July 2            5-10 pm- buddy night (sold only from 5-8 pm)
Tuesday, July 3            12-10 pm
Wednesday, July 4     10 am-10 pm

*Presale: $25 all-day wristband, we will take these online or in person at City Hall Recreation Office. Limited to first 500. (not valid on Buddy Night)

*Buddy Night, Monday (sold only from 5-8 pm): buy one day wristband get the next one free, good until close. Buddy must be present at time of purchase.

*Day/Night of purchase:
                                   All-day wristband: $35. Used same day of purchase.
                                  Single Token: $1 each (each ride takes 3-6 tokens, midway games takes 2-7)

Days of fun are in store with Riverton City's annual Town Days celebration! Town Days honors American Independence, provides a source of fun for kids at every age, and gives residents a quality, long-standing tradition that can be counted on for cherished memories, year-after-year.

3-Man Sorting & Riverton Rodeo: June 28, 29 & 30
Don't miss this year's outstanding line-up of events, beginning with the 
3-Man Sorting Competition on June 28 starting at 7 p.m. and the Riverton Rodeo on Friday and Saturday, June 29 and 30, beginning at 8 p.m.

Riverton City Town Days Parade Flag GirlsTown Days Parade: July 3, 6:30 p.m.
Our July events kick off on Tuesday, July 3, with one of the best parades in the entire state. The parade route is temporarily changed due to construction on Redwood Road. See below.  The route traditionally makes the turn on 13400 S. heading north on Redwood Road to 12800 S. and then left to end at the Riverton City Park, where a variety of food and activities will be waiting for you. The night will wrap up with one of our famous Movies In the Park, showing at dusk.

TownDays_FlagFlag Raising Ceremony: July 4, 6:30 a.m.
You'll want to wake up early Wednesday morning so you don't miss the early-morning Flag Ceremony at the Riverton City Park, presented by the Riverton American Legion Post 140 at the park entrance flag pole at 1452 W. 12600 S. 

Riverton Country Mile & Tour De Riverton: July 4
Next, running and bike races begin with the Riverton Country Mile 10K, 5K and 1-Mile and the Tour De Riverton bike race. Starting lines will be on the south side of the park along 12800 S. 

Riverton City Town Days BreakfastChuck Wagon Breakfast: July 4, 7:00 - 10:00 a.m. 
Whether you ran a country mile or made the 25-mile bike ride, you'll want to make sure you wake up with a big appetite. Riverton's Chuck Wagon Breakfast has become famous for its outstanding food, prepared and served by appreciated resident volunteers, city staff, Mayor and City Council members.  

Free Swimming & Contests: July 4, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
The young and young-at-heart look forward to splashing good fun each year with a morning of free swimming and fun contests like Greased Water Melon, Tanning, Cannon Ball, Diving-For-Dollars, and more at the South County Pool located at 12765 S. 1125 W.

Riverton City Town Days Potato Sack Race

Entertainment & Activities: July 4, All-Day
You'll enjoy endless opportunities for entertainment and fun as well as the chance to simply sit back and enjoy friends and family at the beautiful Riverton City Park, throughout the day on Wednesday. Your Town Days brochure outlines the list of activities, including everyone's favorite Bingo in the large pavilion, Haystack Dive, children's games, and specialty lawn games. Many activities are free of charge, but be sure to bring money for food and specialty vendors.  

Don't forget to gather your teams and register early for the lineup of special Sports Tournaments that take place throughout the day!  

Riverton City Fireworks

Fireworks at the Riverton City Park: July 4, 10:00 p.m. There are fireworks... and then there are Riverton City Town Days Fireworks. We have plenty of room at the Riverton City Park for everyone to watch this awesome display. Bring your blankets, sit back and get comfy for a great show!

Go down memory lane at the Riverton Town Days Rockin' Hotrod Productions Car Show on July 7, 2018. Begins at 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the City Hall West lawn, 12830 S. 1830 W., Riverton, UT 84065.
