Purna means integrated or complete and incorporates not just physical postures but also breath control, meditation, & yoga philosophy.
In this class we will coordinate breath and movement for a meditative practice with the aim to increase strength, flexibility, joint stability, balance, and range of motion. We will focus on correct alignment, moving through poses in gradual steps to accommodate varying levels. At times we may focus on a key pose or varying options and modifications to ensure all students are practicing safely. Expect to be challenged, but know you will come away feeling empowered and refreshed physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Cost: $10 per class or 5 class pass for $40
