Vinyasa Yoga

In Vinyasa Yoga, students coordinate movement with breath for a mindful practice that flows from one pose to the next.  This approach includes carefully orchestrated movements, with transitions through poses in gradual steps to accommodate all levels (from beginner to advanced with consideration for individual needs and injuries).  Each class will focus on breath and movement to increase strength, flexibility, joint stability, balance, and range of motion.  Students will be challenged, but will come away feeling empowered and refreshed physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Cost:           $10 per class or 10 class pass for $75
Ages:          12 yrs & up
Day:            Every Monday except for holidays
Time:          6:30 - 7:30 p.m.
Location:   Sandra N. Lloyd Community Center (music room)
