Secondary Water System:

  • Stop and waste valve accessible and operational – 1” above grade

  • No damage to valve boxes or green boxes

The following will be completed after the final building inspection has been passed:

  • Water services must be installed to Riverton City Standards
  • The garbage container/recycling bins will be ordered and will take approximately 10-15 business days to be delivered.
  • Please read over the information to make sure all items are completed before scheduling a meter set.
  • Riverton City staff will contact Rocky Mountain Power for power clearance. The resident must have an account set up with Rocky Mountain Power.

Effective July 1, 2006

A fee of $50.00 will be assessed each time the inspector is called out after the 2nd attempt.
