Storm Water Pond 3600 West
Stormwater detention pond at 12241S 3600W will store storm runoff from 3600W street from Midas Creek to 12600S and most properties West to Bangerter Highway. The pond will include pipe systems that will be connected to the 3600W roadway storm drain system. The majority of work is out of the roadway corridor, however, drivers will encounter heavy truck traffic but only minor roadway disturbances.

Little Water Peak Drive and Rose Creek Park Storm Drainage Improvements Project
The project consists of a retrofit to existing detention pond inlet/outlet structure, installation of an additional inlet structure in the detention pond and catch basins in Little Water Peak Drive.
