To obtain a current plan holder list, E-mail the Purchasing Manager and specify the bid number.

BID ADDENDUMS:

Any changes to the original solicitation will be listed in an addendum.

Please acknowledge receipt of addendums on the quote or bid document. You may subscribe to any future addendums. Click "Subscribe" to enter your company's name into the solicitation's mailing list. We will attempt to inform you of any addendums. It is the bidders responsibility to get any addendums.
 

REMINDERS:

A Request for Quotation may be returned via fax machine. An Invitation for Bid cannot be returned via fax machine. The Invitation for Bid must be received in a sealed envelope referencing the bid number.
